I joined the #artistsforkamala2024 challenge on instagram- to create artwork for the democractic nominee, showing support and helping raise money for the campaign.
I'm voting blue in this election to keep my bodily autonomy, for womens rights to abortion and healthcare, for trans and lbgqt rights in employment and in the healthcare system, to protect the enviroment.
I'm voting so I don't wake up every morning wondering what rights got taken away while I being distracted with fake news, like the 1st round of the former orange president.
I'm voting so immigrant children aren't kept in cages at the border, and immigration isn't demonized again.
Lastly, I'm voting because I'm a childless cat-lady who has no desire for my body to be policed, or to be discrimiated against because I don't want to or can't have children. Because my fur-babies are quite a handful and frankly it's my choice.
