A beautiful art print of a handcut collage, of journeys into an unknown future, crossing strange seas for a better life. This collage was inspired by the fairytale the Princess Maliene, which I worked on as an opera, designing the costumes for a new version in NYC in 2019, directed by Bea Goodwin and composed by Whitney George.
One of the most stark and beautiful images was of Maliene wishing on the stars under a cursed blood red moon, which this collage was inspired by.
